It's getting embarrassing! I have been coughing and sneezing due to allergies for a month. I have noticeably peed myself in public a few times after sneezing. I cross my legs when I sneeze and I do my kegels! I guess the fact that this is my third baby I have zero control over it?! I have an ultrasound on my kidneys Wednesday and I'm supposed to have a full bladder the morning of up until my appointment at 10:30am.  I know for a fact I will pee myself waiting for it or even during it. I should just being extra pants to prepare myself.
