Is it normal to be in a bad mood after getting fingered and giving a hand job?

Don't know if it's normal -- I mean what really is? But I always felt a kind of emptiness granting/receiving sexual favors, and I'm still not sure why. I CAN tell you the emptiness subsided when I was participating in sexual acts with someone I genuinely loved, but that's all I've got.
