What are good numbers for you all to stay at?

I'm 32 weeks and was just diagnosed..bleh first diet in my life it's all so sketchy to me any help you all can give me would be greatly appreciated whether it be with numbers or food ideas ..

How bad is it to cheat now and then ? I try not too.. But do any of you do it? How often? What's your cheat food?

Please anything helps!

I have gestational diabetes and before I eat less than 100 and 2 hours after I eat less than 120. Those are good numbers to have. So far I've been able to still eat and drink what i want without my numbers getting high. I eat and drink in moderation and make sure I have a lot of water throughout the day. I also take metformin which is why I've also been so fortunate to keep my sugar controlled!

What are good numbers for you all to stay at?
