What are good numbers for you all to stay at?
I'm 32 weeks and was just diagnosed..bleh first diet in my life it's all so sketchy to me any help you all can give me would be greatly appreciated whether it be with numbers or food ideas ..
How bad is it to cheat now and then ? I try not too.. But do any of you do it? How often? What's your cheat food?
