Am I going crazy?

So yesterday I would be around 6-7 dpo - felt mild cramping and sharp twinges in left and right side. Pain lasted about 2 hours - today I feel exhausted - more exhausted then I've ever felt in a long time... Ttc for 2 months now... Maybe this could be it?? Or could this be pms pains
