What does popped out mean?

Hey ladies just wondering I'm around 15 weeks and keep seeing posts about being popped out. Is it just a saying when you get rounded or is it something you actually notice lol sorry just curious

It refers to when your uterus "pops up" and you can feel it above your pubic bone. For me it's pretty obvious. My tummy gets noticeably harder and I can feel my centre of balance shift. I feel like I'm pushing my belly out in front of me when I walk.
