Heart rate??

Doctor said my baby is healthy.. But it had a heart rate of either 134 or 139 I can't remember. Is there a point where I need to start taking caution.. Maybe I'm just being to worried?? I did quit smoking a week ago now I have a doctors appointment tomorrow.. Hope the heart rate goes up or baby is still healthy. I'm startin to get a bump so I'm pretty sure this baby is sticking after 2 prvs miscarriages. 😍💝🌹
