6 weeks and bleeding 😢 super scared

So on Monday I started spotting a brown color and throughout the day it got a little heavier until it was a deep red color. I had no cramping or pain but it still was blood so I decided to go to the ER. When I got there they did two ultrasounds and the tech took lots of pics to show the dr. When the dr came back in he said that it was basically to small to see if anything was wrong but the good thing is that the pregnancy is taking place in the uterus. He gave me instructions on following up with an OBGYN. So needless to say I left without any answers and I can't set an appt for an OBGYN until Friday because of a lapse in my insurance. I'm still bleeding similar to having a light cycle just without the cramps. Has this ever happened to anyone???? I just need a peace of mind right now 😩😩😩
