Chores in your home.
Parenting styles differ with each person, so I want to know: Do you or will you pay your child to do chores? Give them money for getting good grades?
I was raised to do chores (for "free) because it was my obligation to contribute to the environment in which I lived. My mother always felt that paying us to clean our own home was like telling us it was a favor or choice to clean up. The same with getting good grades, it was my obligation not to fail, not something to be paid for, getting good grades was beneficial to me not my mother.
