31 weeks and not much movement!!?

Is it normal that my babygirl was moving and kicking a couple of days ago alot and now yesterday and today I can only feel her when I'm laying back on my recliner... :( ??

If you are feeling decreased movement drink something cold and sugary, get comfy and do kick counting. I believe the minimum is 8-10 kicks in 2 hours. If you feel them in less than that great. If not you should be letting your doc know.

Sometimes they have lazy days due to growing so quickly be alarmed if you can't get her to move at all with the tricks, if that happens go to L& D immediately

When baby is not moving baby is Sleeping , only be alarmed if there is no movement at All .
