40w2d - induction eminent

Had an appointment today and I've barely dilated any more [was 2, almost 3 last week, it's 3 this week] and I've had no contractions so they've scheduled my induction for Monday at 6am. So excited to finally meet my little man but I'm also scared. I've read stories of failed inductions and that it hurts me when you're induced. But this little guy is cramped and it's stunting his growth a little, with me only measuring at about 37 weeks, but I'm so small be has no space. So I'm going to suck up my fear and excitedly wait for Monday... While hoping he decides to come out on his own, haha
