Pregnancy scare

I know it's stupid and everyone goes through a pregnancy scare but my boyfriend and I had sex last week (after 2years). The first time we didn't use a condom because it was unexpected and since then we have been careful. It was a week after my period and he didn't cum inside me but still worried about it- any tips?
