Braxton hicks question

So I am 23 weeks pregnant with my second. With my first pregnancy I did not experience Braxton hicks. The past couple days I've been having random pain in my lower belly that kind of feels like pressure when you really need to pee, but I don't have to. It lasts for about a minute then goes away. It only happens a few times a day and not close together. Is this Braxton hicks?
