These tablets??

Question

Anyone know if your aloud to crush these to put them in yoghurt or something??? I have a phobia of swallowing tablets and doctor said he can't give me liquid form 😫

I'm assuming the vitamin c is to help the iron absorb. Ask your pharmacist about crushing tablets and see if they have any suggestions about a different form, maybe there's a powder you can dissolve in a drink like orange juice or water. Good luck. In the meantime look up foods rich in iron and vitamin c to eat. If you really can't swallow the pill, be honest with your doctor and he or she will have to think of something else.

Don't take them with yoghurt or anything containing higher levels of calcium! 
Calcium blocks the absorption of iron and you'll take them for nothing. 
You shouldn't have milk products at least two hours before and after taking them.

Ughh i have those iron pills tried them today and made my stomach pretty sick, got diarrhea for a quick second & was really nauseous. Today was my first time trying them. Hopefully it was just my body getting adjusted

Yes they can be prescribed liquid form your doctors being a arse here you need to tell him straight! I know because i have it liquid for one and two im a medical personal
