Iron and vitamins.
So I'm anemic and my doctor gave me a pill called farelet 90 (not sure if that's spelled correctly) it has 90mg of iron in it but also has some key ingredients from my prenatal so I wasn't sure if I'm supposed to continue my prenatal as well or just take the farelet 90???
