Pregnancy 2

Me and my husband are trying for baby number 2 I think I'm pregnant but don't know yet its to early for the test to do but I would like some help knowing some stuff I never got sick with my first kid and now I feel sick the last 3days I feel like I wanna throw up but during the night and having lots of heart burn I had that when I was first pregnant too I'm vary moddy too someone help me find out and help me fine some way to get rid of this heart burn too lol
