Post depo help... Success stories..

7 days later.. No break through bleed.. I shrugged it off and thought that's fine I wasn't expecting it anyway due to depo probably still lingering from my last injection back in July. 

But then 10 days post finishing the pill I then had a relitivly normal period of some what, it wasn't brown for the full 4 days I had one it gradually become redder and then stopped on the 4th night.... I'm now 7months post.. And I've not had any spotting or full flow since.. I have considered on plenty of occasions going back on the microgynon and maybe missing a few but then I thought I've come this far now why mess up 7 months birth control free! 

Well back in Feb I decided I would take an opk over the course of a week, and bugger me I had a near enough positive on the 18th.. Didn't think much to it but bdd anyway. Nothing come of it so to speak.. Then last month we just come to the conclusion we are just are going to have to sit back and wait patiently for my cycle to get back to normal because my body clearly is still being over ridden by this horrid injection! However the 7th of March comes around my nipples become extremely sore to touch and I get highly excited that maybe AF is just around the corner.. Although pre depo I never had these symptoms before I had my daughter when AF was about to arrive but thought ok by body's hormones are trying to regulate just ignore it and continue the week as normal.. Nothing come of it.. But then it gets to the 18th.. I'm groggy crampy in the evenings for a whole 3/4 days..I just happened to wipe myself after going to the toilet and notice this abundant brown creamy Cm sat there on the toilet roll.. So I'm like hmmm what is this never experienced this at all since coming off.. Maybe AF is around the corner again.. Or maybe...I've just ovulated for the first time post depo...but as I did not opk I had not a clue.. But then suspicions from remembering the last opk I took back in Feb led me to believe that maybe just maybe the 18th is my ovulation day and maybe this was a show from ovulation??? I have no idea. Prior to this we bdd 2 nights before, so I'm thinking odd timing for all that to happen if that's the case! 

We then we're on holiday Monday and I became extremely sickyy feeling at breakfast time :/ which is odd for me.. Thought again maybe AF is about to show..

I then thought ok let's class this as my possible tww, if I had ovulated on the 18th then surly AF would arrive within 12-16 days?? Is this correct? Or maybe I have a longer cycle? 

I just have no idea where I'm at with this.. Has anyone had any successful stories post depo? 

Has anyone taken any herbal remedies to help regulate after depo? 

I'm emotionally drained about wanting AF to show her god damn face now just so we can get on with ttc and being able to log properly.. Also I would like to ask would taking temp this post depo would it be accurate enough to maybe track ovulation if it is indeed occurring?
