Pregnant?

I'm 2 weeks late, took a digital test with weeks estimator and it came back negative. I've been moody and getting upset stomachs daily. I had cramping on and off the last 2 weeks but other than that no sign of a period coming. Usually my cycles are exactly a month apart, I'm never late, not this late. Could I be pregnant and the test was wrong? I have been pregnant before and that time I found out right away the first week, that why this is so puzzling.
