Pregnant?

Im only 1 day late. I just stopped the pill about a month ago and ive been looking into other Birth controls. But in the mean time my fiancée and i have been having intercourse almost every other night. My last AF was March 8th. But i have been having lower back pain and headaches. And i all of sudden started wanting hot cheetos today! And my cerix is high and super soft. Could i be pregnant or just preAF? I just feel like something isnt right.
