Nipple piercing and sleeping naked on the belly

I got my right nipple pierced two weeks ago and so far it seems to heal very good. But now I have a question concerning sleeping.

Normally I sleep naked and also always an my stomach, can't sleep in any other position. My piercer said it was okay to sleep on my stomach, I just have to put a band - aid on it for the first few weeks. I did that and also wore a sports bra for more padding and had no problems, but now I wonder how I will do it in the future when it's completely healed. Is it possible to sleep naked on my stomach without hurting it and without it getting caught on the sheets or something?
