Cycle day 42 Still no period

Hi ladies I'm on cycle day 42 Still no period and praying it don't show. I've been experiencing allot of symptoms like nausea and lower back pains and also abdominal cramps. Been really tired lately and keep getting the worst head ach the past 3 days. I get nausea when in a car. Been feeling the need to go pee allot. I've tooken home pregnancy test but still getting negative readings. Any suggestion... Any have this and be pregnant.
