There's a little girl who I guess is 6 years old or somethig and she lives with her mom behind me. There's no fence between our back yards, just some old bushes that used to be a hedge line. This kid is PSYCHOTIC!! She's done multiple things in the few months since she's moved it, but this morning has been the worst. Just telling you now it's nightmare fuel if you have a weak stomach.

Two days ago my cat, Serria, was hit by a car while I was at work. She was dead before I got home, I had her for 9 years. I cried it out buried her in the flower bed. It was probably about 9:30 when I buried her so it was dark on that side of my house in the shade on top of it ju being night time. Today I go to let my dogs outt to pee in the back yard and I see this little fucker in my yard playing in the hedges. I wouldn't have even saw her if she hadn't been wearing a bright pink shirt. I've told her AND HER MOM 3 times that she needs to stay out of my yard. She's hurt my Dotson twice by kicking him or hitting him with a stick. I rent so I can't build a fence if anyone cares, not that I think that would stop her. I start storming over to her because I was pissed frankly and she’s playing with what looks like a old stuffed toy and a horse toy I've seen before. She bolted back to her house before I could even get the bushes out of the way to see her. That's when I smell something dead and I look down and see my cat covered in dirt and she had a fucking BELT around her neck!!!!! I couldn't move and I guess I just knelt down at some point and cried for what seemed like hours. SHE DUG UP MY DEAD CAT and I guess tried strangling it or trending it was a leash???? Idfk!

I don't know what to do. I called my mom and she said to take pictures and call the cops. I can't even go out there. I am keeping a eye on the window to make sure that little tramp doesn't come back again but I haven't worked up the nerve to go back out. I know shes a kid but she's a fucked up kid with a mom who clearly doesn't give a shit! Someone help. Thank you. Sorry for the spelling errors my hands are still shaking.
