I take it and really like it. Definitely helps keep up my supply. Also try eating oatmeal, not instant, the real stuff and drink a TON of water

No but I have used fenegreek which I think work to boost supply

I haven't tried it but I have used their nipple cream and it's the best! Eating oatmeal regularly seems to keep up my supply. I'm sure it's a good brand to try though.

No, but I know that Motherlove is a great brand. Lots of good, natural products.

The only thing that works for me is domperidone

Yes but the tincture they make of this is better, Milk Fairy is another galactagogue blend but you can just try fenugreek it's available at most drug stores you take 3 pills 3x a day and you will reek like maple syrup but it does work. Increase your water intake and start every morning with oatmeal and orange juice with added Brewers yeast
