Hi guys

My baby is a little over 2 weeks old I was breastfeeding exclusively until we found out she was losing too much weight. Dr reccommended supplementing with formula and I have been its been going good. Baby sleeps much better and not so fussy. I started pumping and it is very painful. I have the spectra m1 and the lowest setting hurts too bad. Now it has been 2 days since I have pumped or breastfeed and my breasts hurt I even get sharp pains through them. What can I do if the pump hurts too bad?
