What was your first signs??!

So I have been pregnant twice now, both ending as miscarriages within 3 months. I don't really remember too much about the first one but my second I remember having cramps (like the ones in the last day of my period) a few days to a week after having sex and then getting really nauseated for a few days. It's happening once again so I don't know if I am pregnant yet or not, it's too early to test. So I wanna know when and what was your first noticeable signs.
