Im 35 weeks and for the past two weeks I've been getting this almost Charlie horse in my upper thigh. Right where I circled. It feels like a Charlie horse is about to happen but doesn't. not sure why it happens or what it means but it most often happens right along with a ache I get in my back that feels like a bowel movement about to happen but no bowel movement.
