Should I wait this out...

I'm currently 37weeks and 3 days. I am experiencing the worst back pain ever. I know its not my sciatica I've had issues with that and I think its back labor. I don't know if I should wait it out and see if contractions come with or what. I'm a ftm and I'm just not sure what to do. I've had braxton hicks for the last couple of days too that have been all over the place. Today they were just stronger.
