Epo or water breaking?

I inserted two 500mg EPO gel capsuls and I laid down, after about 20 minutes my friend ended up showing up and we went to the store after walking around for at least an hour we checked out and when we were standing there I felt my panties get really wet and it felt like I was peeing my pants from the other hole though. I went to the restroom and my panties were soaked. It was kinda sticky but no real smell to it. I'm 38+1, could it be my water or EPO?
