Anxiety
So my anxiety has been on high since I've become pregnant. My heart rate quickens - I start to sweat - can't breathe regularly. I just start to freak out. I've had episodes before, haven't been seen for it at all. Basically I let it pass - but I'm worried more now that I'm pregnant. I don't want to have an episode and pass out. Anyone experience anxiety and what have you done to push it down?
