Gbs positive and a C-section

I am so nervous it's not even funny I just found out I'm positive but was told nothing but that I was fine because of having a C-section my concern is this is my 2nd pregnancy and eve is way different from the 1st one well I came home. And Googled what gbs means now I'm scared that my water may break and I'm 45 min from. My hospital!! I don't understand what this is and why my doctor is not concerned ,Help!!!!
