What are my chances

So I gave birth to my daughter on the 12th March. She was 20 weeks early. When I found out about being pregnant I just knew I was pregnant without testing but obviously a test confirmed it. The last week I've been feeling that same feeling that I'm pregnant. Me and my partner have had alot of unprotected sex. What's the chances of me actually being pregnant. I Want to test but I'm afraid the hcg levels which will show are from my previous pregnancy and give me false hope. Help me ladies x
