Rash at 7 weeks?

So I'm 7 weeks pregnant any noticed I've developed a red, bumpy, and somewhat itchy rash on my hips. It always looks worse and feels itchier right after I shower. I'm wondering if it might be hormonal or caused by the Palmer's cocoa butter I've been using? I stopped the palmer's as soon as I noticed the rash two days ago.

I got kind of blistery rash around my waist when I was 9 weeks. My doc said sometimes progesterone harmone in pregnant women causes it.. Once the increased levels of this harmone is well adapted by our body, those can subside naturally. But meanwhile we are not supposed to touch it often or scratch it.. Using baby lotion helped me...
