Early ovulation?

I didn't get a positive ovulation test until cd19 last cycle. Fast forward to this cycle, I'm only on cd14 and have a positive ovulation test? Is this normal?

Answer

Your follicular phase ( time between start of period to ovulation ) can vary from month to month. The luteal phase ( time from ovulation to period generally stays the same each month. And average of 12-17 days. When people say that stress and exercise and stuff can cause your period to come late they are actually wrong, but it can cause you to ovulate late! So maybe last month you ovulated later than you usually do. I guess as long as you know when your ovulating it's good if your ttc. Hope this helped
