No that looks like old blood that was leftover from a passed period. My misc Ari image was bright red.

This looks brown to me which is more likely old blood, safer sign than red or pink.

With as dark as it is, I wouldn't THINK so however I've never been in that situation so you would definitely be better off asking your doctor. :)
