How far along are you? Swelling in feet, legs, face and hands after 20 weeks can be a sign of preeclampsia. Swelling (also called edema) is slightly normal to a point. But being more swollen in one leg and if that same leg is having pain can be a big sign of a blood clot. Which is common in all stages of pregnancy.

It could be water retention. Lower your salt intake.

Call your doctor! They didn't pick up my blood clots on my last pregnancy but this time round they've put me on injections to prevent any! 💞

Is your left leg warm or tender? Def see your doctor to rule out a blood clot!

Mine are the same. Your left will be more swollen because of the way blood flows through your body and your heart.
