Mag Sulfate- Did it work or not work?

I'm 26 weeks pregnant today. Dilated to 4cm   And now hospitalized. Terb injection didn't work, so she started me on Mag Sulfate. They said this was my last resort before delivery. What was your experience with it? Did it work for you?

Yes. It delayed me for 4 weeks until I went into labor again. Made me feel real shitty though, just like you have the flu. Really hot and dizzy and headache and made me throw up too. It stopped me at 30 weeks.
