Morning sickness

So this app is saying that today I am 8 wks and 6 days. I have really bad morning sickness. Well don't know why it's called morning sickness when u get it throughout the day. Could it be my prenatal pill that I'm taking? Should I switch it? Or anything to take or eat other then crackers? This is my 2nd child and for my first it was never this bad. I barely eat because I can't hold anything down. I try not to throw up a lot at home because my in laws don't know I'm pregnant yet so if they are home I hold it in til I leave or no one but me is home. Idk what to do already please help.
