Why isn't he moving???

Question

I'm 23 weeks today and my baby is usually very very active and kicking a lot and hard. But today he hasn't been moving. Should I be worried? Is he okay? I'm very concerned and scared.. Please help

Have a glass of cold water and relax and see if bubs moves then, if he normally moves a lot and hasn't moved after about 20 minutes of you drinking cold water then go see your midwife. It could be nothing at all and he is probably perfectly fine but if you're worried there's no harm in being safe :)

From what i have learnt kicks before 28 weeks are too unpredictable to track as they dont have a great routine.

Flea kicks all the time with me as well and when he stops it is scary but its only now im 29 weeks that i am concerned and do something about it.

Try drinking cold squash and laying on your side for a bit, generally they are fine and in time you will learn their routine. Mine is constant except at night and within 10 mins of me being awake he is awake.

Drink cold juice and if true baby still doesn't move is get checked asap. You can never be too careful
