Pelvic girdle band
Can anyone recommend a pelvic girdle support that offers pain relief for someone suffering a misaligned pelvis? I've been told the right half of my pelvis isn't very stable and that its raised and tilted.
I'm 34 weeks and the Drs are being rubbish telling me to get on with it. It hurts my lower back with every movement a sharp pain, but also having constant dull ache across my back :(
I can't do anything ! And wondered if anyone had any joy with a support band
