Will the hospital allow baby's first blanket to be one i bring?
Instead of the standard hospital issued white linen blanket with a blue & a pink stripe, if I bring a soft hand knitted blanket that was made for my baby, will they use that? It doesn't have big holes or anything, it's soft & slinky but very tiny tight stitches.
I'd like this blanket to be her actual receiving blanket.... I mean, yeah clean him off first, but when they swaddle him for the first time does it have to be theirs?
