Thoughts on postpartum corsets? Belly bandit

I bought a belly bandit and wanted to know if anyone has used them? Or if you've heard wether or not they are good or bad for you!

I used a waist trainer literally from birth for the first couple weeks this is me at 8 weeks postpartum

As with any corset, it's best to use it in moderation. If you feel discomfort, take it off. And don't leave it on endlessly. I wore regular boned corsets prior to getting pregnant and never had any discomfort, after my first pregnancy I wore the spandex type, but if it hurt, I took it off. I plan on wearing the spandex type after this pregnancy too.

Following! I had the Bellefit and hated it. Although a friend swore by it!

I used the Madela band and loved it. It was $20 and I used it 24/7 from day 4 postpartum to about 2 weeks. I'm back at my pre pregnancy weight now at 5 weeks postpardum and I think that the combo of breastfeeding and the band, really helped.
