Diet/ healthy routine kickstart?
Ok so I've gained a little bit of weight lately. I'm 5'6 and usually 150lbs. But for the past year I've been super stressed with work and a break up and am at 180. Any tips and pointer for getting back on track? I know the most important thing is my mindset & im working on it!
