Follicle Scan...wtf happened!!??

I went in to see if I ovulated on Monday which I did. She also looked at my uterus and zoomed in on something....and then turned on the ultrasound. All we heard was my heart beat I assuming because it was slow. (Not fast like a baby would sound)

She said very good you ovulated on your own. She then left the room to talk to the doctor. When she came back she told m to test in 2weeks.

I wish I would have asked her why she zoomed in on my uterus and turned on ultrasound. That was a first, usually with all my other follicle scans the volume is off. I'm also spotting, pink/brown/red.

Has anyone else been thru this? Please let me know.
