Fertile window

Mine seems a little off on Glow in comparison to other fertility calculators/calendars. Am I the only one? Last menstrual was March 27. Help! when should I be expecting my fertile week??? On Glow it says tomorrow's my last day and on others it says it starts tomorrow. I'm confused 😤 Don't want to miss that window of opportunity. 😭😭😭
