High risk pregnacy!!!!

Hi frnz i m pregnant of 4 weeks. And this past monday only i got +hpt. I called my gynae to schedule an appmnt. I had 2 mc earlier so she keep me on high risk. I m having thyroid issue also and my tsh =4.31. I m taking 50mcg eltroxin. My dr. Will goin to call me if they find it suitable otherwise thy will see me at 8 or 12 weeks. But i m concerned with my tsh as it should be 2 or below in first trimester. What should i do as i am really concerned fr my tsh. :( :(
