All you ladies I need advice

So I had an etopic pregnancy in October and had my left tube removed. We've been trying since and no hope just yet, I thought my cycle was getting back to normal finially last month although it's changed to 28 days instead of 21. But this month I started my cycle 4 days early and finished after 5 days.  I have no idea what my body is doing and advice ladies on trying or even my cycle :) X
