Plan b discharge

I took a plan b pill yesterday on an empty stomach (taken 12pm) and I felt nothing no cramps, no nothing. And now I have white milking discharge. Should I be worried? I've heard a lot of people that have taken plan b and I remember them saying that some weird thin a happening but nothing about discharge. Btw. I've never taken a plan b (thus why I'm asking this question) this is also the first time I've noticed white charge ever.
