Cramping for 3 days

I am 5 w 5 d today, I have been having cramping since last 3 days now and only once I had little bit of bleeding no clots, I had little bleeding last Friday for which they did Bhcg which they said was high for that week, then they did early scan on Tuesday which didn't show baby in the yolk sac, also did Bhcg again- it showed not much increase in Bhcg. Nurse told me that they think that pregnancy is not growing as expected, so they did the Blood test on Thursday which showed 60% raise. I have been having cramping since Thursday evening now- it's like mild to moderate but consistent, not one sided but all over in lower abdomen. I am not sure if I should go to a&e.  My next scan is due next week on Wednesday. Cramps are making me more fatigued. I don't feel like getting out of the bed or eat anything. Please advise. xx
