Painful sex (almost 13 weeks)

Over the last few days while my husband and I have been having sex and afterwards I have been in a lot of pain. I will still let him finish then I will get in the shower to use the hot water to get rid of the pain (at least most of it). After the shower I still have a hard time moving around. If I bend the wrong way or even if I'm climbing in or out of bed the pain is back. My next dr appointment is in 2 weeks and keep forgetting to call and just ask or they are closed. Does this happen to anyone else.
