TTC with no luck :(

My SO and I have a 10 year old daughter, we have been TTC for about 6 years now with no luck. I have endo, blocked right tube and severely tilted uterus, surgery was done and doc put me on clomid 50mg for 3 months.... I gained 30 lbs by the 3rd round that I was so upset and quit taking it, what natural products have you guys tried and had success with?
