TTC!!!

So my other half and I are going to start trying to conceive tomorrow . (Glow says I have a 33% chance) and I'm on metformin to help me get pregnant . I'm in my fertile window and I know my body really well . I started ovulating this afternoon . Can anybody give me some tips or advice for trying to conceive please ? Thanks ladies 💕
